Great Products and Excellent Customer Service

Hello, I placed a rather large order in May of 2021 with over 10 items and when I received all of my items I was so pleased with the quality, and the sizing (as I used their sizing guides) for everything as this was my first experience with JJ Malibu. A couple were not what I had hoped, but I knew when I added them to my cart that I was taking a gamble on if I would like the fit on me and so I take full responsibility for not being in love with everything haha.
A little after I had received my order (I think like 3-4 days) I went looking for one specific item and realized that it hadn't come so I contacted JJ Malibu customer support via website and got a response very shortly and they were able to send me my missing item without hassle.
So after this experience, I'm giving 5 stars because small errors are bound to happen every once and while, especially during the pandemic and weird policies etc blah blah blah, and if every small error is handled with the same care as I received I think that is 5-star worthy business-practices.
Thank you so much again to Sarah from customer service and I look forward to shopping more stuff from JJ malibu in the future.

sarah was very helpful

sarah was very helpful. i go t the size wrong but she resent it with the right one, and she didn't ask me to pay more.
shipping as a bit slow but i guess everything is slow now due to covid

Horrible customer service and shipping

Horrible customer service and shipping. They sent my order to “3rd floor” and my city state and zip without a street address. When I asked them to help they said “we shipped it to the address you gave us which is not true. I have the order confirmation clearly showing the address I gave. Even if I had, why would they have accepted the order or bothered shipping it to an incomplete address?
Argumentative customer service so I won’t be using this company again and I will have to dispute charges with my bank because they aren’t going to do anything about it even though the package is being returned to them. Total SCAM!
